About Us
For 20 years. Award-winning. Forward-looking.
Right from the start: AI-based communication that feels natural.
Advancing Speech Technology for Over Two Decades
For over 20 years, we’ve been shaping the future of human-machine communication – setting benchmarks in speech technology. Our innovative bot solutions have received multiple awards, including the IST Prize and the Voice Award, positioning us as true pioneers in our field. Our mission has always been clear: to make machine communication as intuitive and human-like as possible.
As early as 2003, our bot “Berti” made headlines by answering phone queries about the Bundesliga – Germany’s top football league – from “How did Bayern play?” to “Where are they in the table?”. But our story goes back even further: the foundation was laid by a group of leading experts from the Chair of Pattern Recognition at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. In 1993, they developed the world’s first natural-language dialogue system. Since 2003, we’ve been transforming this breakthrough technology into successful commercial applications.
Bots that truly deliver
Our bots are built on state-of-the-art technology and artificial intelligence – accompanying every step of the project: from analysis and planning to development and quality assurance. It’s this combination of experience, expertise, and innovation that ensures our bots don’t just impress on a technical level – they deliver real-world results.
Flexible. Reliable. Versatile.
Our solutions are as varied as our customers’ needs. Whether on-premises or in the cloud, in telecommunications, IT support, or the energy sector – our bots are universally adaptable and streamline processes across a wide range of industries. They don’t just improve service quality – they help create an outstanding customer experience.
What Motivates Us: Humans and Machines in Harmony
With over two decades of experience, we develop bots that truly engage. From the first idea to the final implementation, our goal is to create a natural connection between humans and machines. Because technology only fulfills its purpose when it’s intuitive and easy to use.
